Sunmi POS Integration, Delivered Worldwide

Sabsoft is an integration company. Since 2013 we have made Sunmi devices work as complete point-of-sale systems — software loaded, taxes configured, staff trained — first across Pakistan, now for restaurants and retailers anywhere. Buying the hardware is the easy part anywhere in the world; we are the team that does the rest.

What we integrate

Four services, one standard: the system is not finished until it bills correctly with your staff running it.

Device setup and configuration

Sunmi terminals, desktop POS, handhelds and cloud printers — enrolled, configured and tested as one system: printers routed correctly, scanners and payment options set, kitchen displays talking to the counter.

POS software, installed and loaded

Your POS software installed on every device, your menu or product catalogue loaded, taxes and receipt formats set for your market. Software you already run, software we supply, or software we build — the integration standard is the same.

Tax-compliance integration

The part most setup services skip. In Pakistan we configure FBR e-invoicing; in Saudi Arabia we deliver ZATCA Phase 2 integration — EGS onboarding, CSID, signed invoices, reporting and clearance.

Support that stays after go-live

Remote support and annual maintenance for the systems we set up: configuration changes, new devices enrolled, staff refreshers — handled over the same remote access we used to build your setup.

Cloud printer integration for restaurant POS system with automatic order printing from online platforms

Integrating Sunmi Cloud Printers into our Restaurant Management System transformed our operations. Orders now go directly from our website to the kitchen with instant printing and voice alerts, eliminating manual entry and reducing errors. The system worked so well that we ordered 25 more printers for all locations — the voice notifications are a brilliant touch!

How remote integration actually works

Sunmi built the tooling for this. Your devices are enrolled into a Sunmi Partners account under your business, and through Sunmi device management platform our engineers can install apps, push configuration, update the system and take remote control of a terminal when something needs fixing — the same work we would do standing at your counter, done through the platform Sunmi designed for exactly this.

Around that technical core sits a human process: a discovery call, a written scope, scheduled configuration sessions, your catalogue loaded and checked with you, training recorded for your team, and a go-live we attend remotely. It is the model behind our fixed-scope remote POS setup package, and it is why a Karachi-based team can honestly serve a counter in Riyadh, Dubai or anywhere else your devices reach the internet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything between a device in a box and a working point of sale: device enrolment and configuration, POS software installation, menu or catalogue loading, tax and receipt configuration, printer and kitchen-display routing, payment setup, compliance configuration where your market requires it, staff training and a supported go-live. One team owns the whole chain, so nothing falls between a hardware seller and a software vendor.
Through Sunmi's own device platform. Your devices are enrolled into a Sunmi Partners account, and Sunmi's device management (DMP) gives our engineers remote control of the terminal — app installation, configuration, updates and troubleshooting — with a connection experience designed to feel on-site. Data loading, software configuration and training happen over scheduled video sessions with your team. The only tasks that ever need physical hands are plugging in hardware, and your staff do those with us live on the call.
No. We are an integration and software company; outside Pakistan, hardware stays a local purchase — from your country's Sunmi dealers — which also keeps your warranty local. Our group's distribution company, Sabsons, sells Sunmi hardware within Pakistan. Abroad, we are the team that makes the devices you bought actually work as a system.
The range we integrate daily: the V3 and V3 Mix handhelds, the T2 family of desktop terminals, the V2s handheld, Sunmi cloud printers and kitchen displays. Our device integration guides for Pakistan cover each model's setup in detail, and the same configuration standards apply to our remote work worldwide.
Usually, yes — integration is software-agnostic work. We configure your existing software on your devices, connect printers and displays, and set up your market's tax requirements where the software supports them. When the audit shows your software cannot do what your market requires — Saudi ZATCA compliance is the current example — we say so before charging you, and we can supply or build the software side as well.
Our team works from Karachi (UTC+5). That overlaps the Gulf working day almost completely — Saudi Arabia and the UAE are one to two hours behind us — and covers Pakistan fully. For clients further west we schedule setup and training sessions inside your business hours by arrangement. We publish support windows in your contract rather than promising round-the-clock cover we have not staffed.

Devices bought, software undecided, a compliance deadline approaching — whatever stage you are at, one conversation sorts out what your setup actually needs.
